The anti-aging tinted moisturizer I am using these days says "Under 6 months, consult a physician". If you're using anti-aging tinted moisturizer on your infant, you should consult a psychiatrist, I think.

Yesterday a little boy came to the door selling popcorn for his scout troop. Sean always buys stuff from kids who come to our door, so he had to run off to fetch $30 for some tin full of cheese popcorn. Cash was standing at the door trying to get out and the little boy kept moving to block his way. Cash thought this was the funniest thing ever, he kept trying to dash past and the boy wouldn't let him by.

Finally while I was paying, Cash broke free and ran into the yard. The boy ran after him and Cash was so amused, he screamed with laughter and tore across the lawn, with the boy in hot pursuit. They were having so much fun, the kid's mom had to ask him 5 or 6 times to come on, they had more selling to do. He would have been happy to just hang out and play with Cash until dinner time, I think!

Scenes like that make me excited to think about someday Cash maybe having a little brother to play with.

Cash woke up once in the night, I don't remember anything about it except that it took just a few seconds of cuddling to get him back to sleep.

He woke up again at 0440 though. Um, no. I'll get up with him at 5 if I have to, but before five? No way. It took me until six to get him back to sleep, I think I fell asleep first. We both woke up to Lola walking on us around 0800.

It's amazing how bright-eyed and bushy tailed Mr B is in the mornings, it makes it easier for me to wake up having such a happy little guy to play with.

He watched SSU while I got ready and tidied up. I'd planned to go get donuts and coffee for everyone, but since we slept so late, I didn't have time and ended up having to call Michelle and beg her to bring me some McCrack.

Cash pooped three times in the 2 hours between waking up and his friends arriving, I guess he had too much licorice yesterday. Sean gave him the box when he was begging for more, there wasn't too much left in it, but more than he usually has at once. That kid is so funny about his licorice.

We had quite a party! Michelle brought fingerpaints and canvases, so we turned Jackson, Chase, Andrew, Cash & Trey loose in the yard and let them make masterpieces.

I think Cash's came out really nice

Sean was very impressed when he came home from work and Cash gave it to him.

Eventually all the kids ended up in the baby pool and playing with the hose. I got a funny & adorable picture of Cash and Andrew. They're naked & leaning up against the fence around the Koi pond watching the fish, both of them with their suntans and white baby butts.

We came back inside to dry everyone off and get them dressed, the kids had a blast playing with Cash's toys and he was very good about sharing.

It was a super fun playdate, we definitely need to do that some more.

Mr B was up on the ottoman poking at the teevee screen & I casually asked him if he was going to wipe it off for me when he was done. Do you know he actually went into the drawer of the entertainment center, got out the little anti-static cloth we keep in there and started wiping down the screen? Tonia was so amused, she said it was the cutest thing she'd ever seen. He then neatly put the cloth back in the drawer and closed it up.

Michelle, whose teevee gets its fair share of baby fingerprints when he visits, asked if she'd receive the same service tomorrow.

Cash asked for his nap water (he has a different style of sippy cup for naptime/bedtime than out & about) and was trying to drag me down the hall to his bed before everyone had even left! He was tuckered out.

I ChaChaed while he was asleep, now that the new pay period has started I am trying to get ahead early on. I was $40 short of my goal this month, I want to avoid doing that again!

I accidentally watched that be Paris Hilton's BFF show on MTV while I was working. I think I got dumber just from being in the room while it was on.

Cash woke up around three, came in here to get me and didn't even want a hug, just grabbed me and took me to the kitchen. He was hungry! After watermelon and two helpings of sweet potatoes, we went for our walk and then came home and played outside with the remnants of the morning's party supplies.

Sean came home, admired his baby's beautiful artwork & gave him some tickle time.

Mr B had leftover cheese broccoli rice from last night for dinner, we had an italian beef roast and rice.

Watched Mad Men (so awesome!) and last week's season premiere of Kitchen Nightmares. I wish I knew why the BBC one is so much better.

Sometimes when Cash is just about to drift off to sleep, he waves bye bye. It just melts my heart.

I'm already sad thinking that someday he'll be all grown up and I won't get to cuddle him to sleep anymore.

I love that little guy so much

My kid is totally going to get tinted ant-aging lotion and these. I guess there is a reason why the universe doesn't want me breeding.

I'm sitting here with my mouth agape at those little shoes.

Though I have to admit that when I clicked on the link, I thought it said "My first thigh highs" rather than "my first high heels." Which is worse, I wonder?

The picture of him and Andrew leaning on the fence all cowboy style, with double baby butt is just killer. I'll have to make sure Michelle is ok with me posting those :)

Hello stranger! Sorry fell off the radar there for a while, fully intend to hunt down some flapjacks for you this weekend and will send them off as soon as I get a chance. Mum has gone wedding CRAZY on me at the moment so spend my evenings on theknot and such now I can't at work - terrible excuse I know!

Is that your pond Cash is standing by? Wish I could bite that bum, its gorgeous!!!!

No worries! And if a bottle or two of Citrus Zest Diet Coke fall into the package, I wouldn't complain either :)

Wedding is getting closer and closer, isn't it? I am so excited for you!

Yes, that's the Koi pond, the landscapers did a nice job with what we had to work with, there's more we want to do with it eventually if we stay in this house.

His artwork is actually really beautiful, the first of many projects you'll be hanging around your house!

Your koi pond is lovely and that last photo is priceless.

There you go again, tempting me to have a small army of children to do the housework for me! Of course, I suppose in order for them to be properly trained, they'd have to actually witness ME doing it a few times first, so maybe it's not such a good idea after all. ^_~

Hahah it's true, he is just mimicking what we do. Actually, ever since that time he got such high praise for giving Sean a towel when he got out of the shower, he tries to hand us towels while we're IN the shower, which is sort of a problem. He also gives us clothes when we get out of the shower, he's so funny.

That is a good painting!

I used to love buying stuff from kids that came to my door, but then I bought a candle one time for $15 dollars I think and I never got it. The mother was even with the girl and they lived right behind me! I'm still mad about that.

Wow, I would be mad too! That is horrible!

Sean's dad will buy anything from kids, from a car wash to candy to cookie dough, magazines, anything, if a kid is selling it for a cause or a team, he will buy it. So Sean is like that too.

Which will be nice for Cash when he starts selling stuff, dad & grampy will buy him out :)

Very nice painting! Mr. B definitely has talent!

Matt is flying out TDY to Vegas Sunday morning, which means he had to forfeit going to the actual Saints v Broncos game here in Denver. Where did you watch the World Cup games in Vegas? I remember reading about it, but I don't know if you mentioned where you went.

Ahhh is he going to Nellis? Sean did a 4 week course there in 2002, it was very expensive for him since they put him up off-base right next to the strip! :) His per diem all went into the slots

I really like the Wynn sports book, that's where we watched the 2006 BCS championship and the the World Cup finals. If he's actually staying on base though, he should go to Red Rocks' sports book, it's closer and every bit as nice (if not nicer)
